Private room hire is generally free, except in the case of actual overtime normally associated with this type of event, which can be negotiated.

We are at your disposal to welcome you and take into account all the elements concerning the organization of your corporate event.

A small suggestion in passing, if your event allows, a standing cocktail before sitting down to the table. This standing cocktail should not exceed 20 minutes to half an hour. But it will allow your guests to get closer and exchange in a friendly way before focusing on the meal.
